RPUSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPUSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITX3, IAPP, and OR2C1. Each is linked with RPUSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PITX3 grouped by RPUSD3-low versus RPUSD3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
