Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPUSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NACAP8, RPL18AP15, and PTGIS. Each is linked with RPUSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD1 versus NACAP8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
