RPTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 780 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR2E, PGLYRP3, and KRT6C. Each is linked with RPTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTN-to-partner and partner-to-RPTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
