RPSAP74

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,909 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP74-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21, CEBPZ, and CRYL1. Each is linked with RPSAP74 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP74-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP74 versus DDX21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP74→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
