RPSAP59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,921 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP59-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P28, RPS3AP49, and RPS11P5. Each is linked with RPSAP59 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP59-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP59 versus RPL9P28 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP59→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
