RPSAP53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IKZF4_S241, LIG1_S141, and EML4_T201. Each is linked with RPSAP53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP53-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
