Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPSAP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPSAP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UVM show a favorable association.
LIHC, CESC, and UVM are the cancer types where RPSAP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
