Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,213 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPSAP42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with RPSAP42 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP42-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP42 results are reported.
