Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP42 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPSAP42 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPSAP42 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and COAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPSAP42 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
