RPSAP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGF, PRCC, and POGZ. Each is linked with RPSAP16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP16-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP16 versus HDGF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
