Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPSA data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPSA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SKCM are the cancer types where RPSA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
