Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, RPL32P8, and MIR5681A. Each is linked with RPS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS9 results are reported.
