RPS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP3, IMPDH2, and NOLC1_S538. Each is linked with RPS8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS8 versus UTP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
