Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,924 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTRH2, DHX40, and TUBD1. Each is linked with RPS6KB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KB1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KB1 versus PTRH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
