Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,408 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Negative regulation of TORC2 signaling, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with RPS6KB1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KB1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation grouped by RPS6KB1-low versus RPS6KB1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
