Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,776 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCCPDH, MYEF2, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with RPS6KA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA6 versus SCCPDH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
