Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS6KA6 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPS6KA6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPS6KA6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
