Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,567 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PDP1, DEPDC5, and CEP128. Each is linked with RPS6KA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA6 results are reported.
