Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,159 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mesoderm development, Establishment of vesicle localization, and Golgi to endosome transport. Each is linked with RPS6KA6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA6 results are reported.
