Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS6KA2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RPS6KA2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, PRAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS6KA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
