Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF33, F9, and LCE5A. Each is linked with RPS6KA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF33 grouped by RPS6KA2-low versus RPS6KA2-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
