Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,873 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of RNA splicing, and TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with RPS6KA2-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA2-AS1 results are reported.
