Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS6KA2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RPS6KA2-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LGG show a favorable association.

HNSC, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPS6KA2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
