Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,184 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPZA1, ACSL5, and LDLRAP1. Each is linked with RPS6KA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA1 versus CAPZA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
