Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN1, PDCD4, and RAB43. Each is linked with RPS6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6 versus PTPN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
