Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS5P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS5P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with RPS5P8 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS5P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS5P8 results are reported.
