Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS5P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS5P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS5P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS5P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and TGCT are the cancer types where RPS5P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
