RPS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, NOP58, and FBL. Each is linked with RPS5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS5 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
