Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4Y2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS4Y2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6839, SEPTIN7P5, and RNU6-179P. Each is linked with RPS4Y2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4Y2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4Y2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6839 grouped by RPS4Y2-low versus RPS4Y2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4Y2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4Y2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
