Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4Y1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,250 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS4Y1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9Y, KDM5D, and TXLNGY. Each is linked with RPS4Y1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4Y1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4Y1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS4Y1 versus USP9Y in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4Y1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4Y1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
