RPS4Y1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4Y1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4Y1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC1, RNA5SP149, and RNU7-119P. Each is linked with RPS4Y1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4Y1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4Y1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AC1 grouped by RPS4Y1-low versus RPS4Y1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4Y1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4Y1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
