RPS3P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,278 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, TRIM28, and PCIF1. Each is linked with RPS3P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3P2 versus RPRD1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
