Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPS3P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and DLBC are the cancer types where RPS3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
