RPS3AP40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,584 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3AP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS7P10, RPS3AP25, and RPL9P28. Each is linked with RPS3AP40 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP40-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP40 versus RPS7P10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3AP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3AP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
