Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS3AP34-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AI, NUDT4P2, and SNX3P1Y. Each is linked with RPS3AP34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP34-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AI grouped by RPS3AP34-low versus RPS3AP34-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3AP34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3AP34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
