Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,784 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS3AP32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, TNFAIP8L2, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with RPS3AP32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP32-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP32 versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3AP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3AP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
