Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,869 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS3AP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP7P4, LINC02614, and RPS3AP34. Each is linked with RPS3AP14 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP14 versus ENPP7P4 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3AP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3AP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
