Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,613 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3AP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPU, DEK, and ARID4B. Each is linked with RPS3AP13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP13-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP13 results are reported.
