RPS2P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM25, MEPCE, and PDE3A_S312. Each is linked with RPS2P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
