RPS2P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, THOC5, and ORC5. Each is linked with RPS2P16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS2P16 versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
