The most reproducible RPS29P28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycosylation, ATP metabolic process, and Glycolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPS29P28 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29P28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29P28 results are reported.
