Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS29P28 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS29P28 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RPS29P28 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS29P28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

OV, ESCA, and ACC are the cancer types where RPS29P28 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
