Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,084 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCHE, CRY2, and BEST1. Each is linked with RPS28 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28 results are reported.
