Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27P22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,107 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27P22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, PHF10, and EHD4. Each is linked with RPS27P22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27P22-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27P22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P22 versus MTA1_S576 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27P22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27P22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
