RPS27P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,681 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27P20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RPS27P20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27P20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport grouped by RPS27P20-low versus RPS27P20-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
