Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS27AP19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS27AP19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPS27AP19 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS27AP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and READ are the cancer types where RPS27AP19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
