RPS27A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR575, MIR4727, and MIR6839. Each is linked with RPS27A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR575 grouped by RPS27A-low versus RPS27A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
