Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230F, UGT1A13P, and BAK1P2. Each is linked with RPS27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM230F grouped by RPS27-low versus RPS27-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
