Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD1, MRTFB, and USP7. Each is linked with RPS26P52 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P52-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS26P52 versus THUMPD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS26P52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS26P52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
