Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS26P52 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS26P52 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPS26P52 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS26P52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RPS26P52 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
